2 There is no charge for travel within a 35 mile radius of our base in Macclesfield. Distances beyond this will be charged at prevailing HMRC mileage rates or standard class rail fares plus overnight accommodation and subsistence, if required which will be invoiced when incurred.

Our input could be drafting a suitable contract, evaluating options or helping you identify and manage key risks, completing forms and paperwork You may be thinking about a merger or an acquisition or setting up a new subsidiary or ‘sister’ organisation and need help in working through the options, project plan and commercial and legal issues, incorporation formalities or drafting suitable legal agreements.

If you are already on a subscription package with us, you benefit from a special discounted rate of £125 per hour for additional project services. If you are not on a subscription, the rate will be £140 per hour. In most cases we will give you a fixed price estimate for your project (which may be subject to a set of assumptions for factors outside our control).
